CALLING ALL YEAR 11 & 12 DESIGNERS!
BLUEPRINT is a showcase for the amazing design work being created in Canberra's colleges and high schools. It's a competition, an exhibition, and this year is also a feature of the 2018 Design Canberra Festival! If you're a year 11 or 12 student currently studying in Canberra read on to find out how to get involved.
WE DESIGN
BLUEPRINT is a platform for ALL forms of design. Whether it's visual, physical, virtual or some kind of hybrid - we want to showcase it!
Design flavours include:
- graphic design
- architecture
- web design
- game design
- product design
- interior design
- interaction design
- fashion
- textiles
- furniture
- ceramics
- jewellery
- and hybrids.
Formats include:
- drawings
- models
- photography
- websites
- software
- video
- 3D CAD
- objects
- garments
- or any other form your design comes in.
CELEBRATING EXCELLENCE
ANU Design will award over $1,000 in prizes to designs of excellence in four categories:
Creativity: We're looking for designs that take an original lateral approach.
Professionalism: This category is focused on works of an exceptional professional standard.
Activism: Show us how you've used design to raise issues or provoke thought.
Ingenuity: Designs that demonstrate innovative approaches to solving problems.
All design submissions will be considered for all four categories.
Winners will be announced at the Design Canberra Creative Careers event at Radford College on Tuesday 6th November (TBC).
HOW TO ENTER
All entries are made via this website. It is absolutely FREE to enter but you do need to be a current year 11 or 12 student.
Entries open Thursday 9th August 2018.
